NAB 2007 LasVegas, World's Largest Electronic Media Show, April 2007
Together with our partner Stäubli Robotics RTLeaders presented the very last high end developments on broadcasting robotics. Once more RoboKam(R) proofed to be the worlds most flexible and cost effective solution available.
IBC 2006 Amsterdam, International Broadcast Convention, September 2006
This was the first time that Robotics Technology Leaders was present at a broadcasting convention, and, even though we only occupied 35 meters squared, there was always a crowd at the stand. Presenting our most innovative product to date, the RoboKam was sure turning heads at the IBC 2006. With a fully functioning green box and graphics provided by VIZRT it was easy to see how simple it is combining the RoboKam with a virtual set in any environment without the need for camera tracking!
Another big hit was our demonstration of the object tracker in a studio environment. Again, without the need for an external system, apart from a roof mounted fire wire camera, we were able to track our moderator throughout the studio. This information we then feed into the RoboKam and it starts following the speaker. Of course, this system is not limited to tracking people in studios, it can track any desired object in a complete 3D environment.
Summer ISPO Munich, International Sports Convention, July 2006
This year, Robotics Technology Leaders was asked to partake in a HD TV studio at the summer ISPO 2006. The studio consisted of one RoboKam, as Camera 1 and a shoulder camera as Camera 2. Of course, both of these cameras were to be HD.
Throughout the event, many top athletes we interviewed and there were many product launches in our HD TV studio. These were recorded for use by the local TV stations, but also broadcast live over 2 HD projectors in hall 2A of the ISPO. The whole studio was a great success. Of course the main attraction was our RoboKam and its generated movements and motion control
